The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Article 384 of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine" (re List of Persons authorized to submit a Cassation)

The Law coordinates regulations of Article 384 of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine with the Resolution of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine of 11 December 2007, pursuant to which certain participants of trial are authorized to submit a cassation concerning court´s decision on institution of criminal proceedings.

A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No. 1305.
